When you attend Wine Down Main Street, you experience the best night out all year: the streets are closed to traffic; wines, beers and spirits, provided by Lipman Brothers, are poured in the charming shops; food samplings are provided by area restaurants; and local musicians entertain thousands of attendees along the way.

Contribute to the Gift Bag 

One easy way to support this event, and the youth it benefits, is to donate to our Premium VIP gift bags. With 100 Premium VIP guests, your donation to Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee will be widely recognized and appreciated. FAQ

  1. Where do I purchase tickets?  All tickets will be sold online or at sponsor and merchant locations. A complete listing of tickets will be on the “Get Tickets” page.  
  2. Do you sell a Designated Driver ticket? Yes, Designated Driver tickets are available for $35 per person the night of the event at the ticket sales tents on the Square or Corner of Fourth and Main. Designated driver ticket holders will not receive a wine glass, but will have access to food and water tents.
  3. Are tickets refundable? Wine Down Main Street tickets are not refundable as this is a charitable fundraising event.
  4. How tickets delivered and what are is needed for admittance to the event? Either an actual ticket or your paper customer receipt with order number from your online purchase is the preferred method of check in.  Must be 21+ to enter and show a valid ID (sorry no children, babies or dogs allowed).
  5. What is included in the ticket price?  Tickets include wine, beer, and food tastings by many of middle Tennessee’s favorite restaurants. VIP tickets are $125 per person and include access to an exclusive VIP lounge at The Harpeth Hotel from 6 to 9 pm. A limited number of Premium VIP tickets are available for $200 and include the benefits of VIP plus a gift bag stuffed with items and offerings from exclusive partners. Designated driver ticket holders will not receive a wine glass, but will have access to food and water tents.
  6. What time does the event start and end? The event starts at 7 pm and ends at 10 pm; however, if you arrive early registration lines will be open by 6:30 pm. VIP and Premium VIP ticket holders may check in at The Harpeth Hotel beginning at 5:45 pm.  
  7.  Where are the registration lines? Anyone that has purchased a general admission hard ticket or an online ticket may check in at either the Square or corner of Fourth and Main. VIP and Premium VIP ticket holders may check in at The Harpeth Hotel beginning at 5:45 pm.
  8. What happens in the event of inclement weather? This is a rain or shine event.
  9. What do I wear? Attire is business casual, but you may consider comfortable shoes for walking throughout the event.
  10. Where do I park? Parking is available at the parking garages located at 2nd Ave. S and 4th Ave. S. You may also parallel park on side streets as available.
  11. Do you provide Safe Rides Home? Twilight TODD Service-Schedule your ride to and from Wine Down Main Street, by emailing: twilighttodd@tmagroup.org. Seating is limited. Tickets will be sold in order of reservation received. Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance. $6.00 a person for round trip ticket. Twilight TODD Service will be available from 6:30-10:30 PM.   13. Who does Wine Down Main Street benefit? Wine Down Main Street benefits Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee. For more than 119 years; Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee has enabled all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. Annually, more than 4,790 youth walk through the doors of the twelve Middle Tennessee Boys & Girls Clubs.  Clubs are located in Davidson & Williamson counties. Clubs provide a safe place, professional caring staff, fun and friendship, and high-impact youth development programs on a daily basis during critical non-school hours.
