How old must a child be to become a Club member?

In order to be eligible for membership, your child must be 5-18 years of age and enrolled in kindergarten – 12th grade.

How do I sign-up my child?

You may pick up an application from your local Club or apply online.
If you choose to submit a physical application, please email it to the Club Director or drop it off at your local Club, once complete.

Is there a cost associated with being a Club member?

Club membership fees vary slightly by location. Contact your Club for more information.

When are the Clubs open?

While each Club’s hours vary, the Clubs are generally open after school and all day during school-designated holidays and breaks.

Does Boys & Girls Clubs provide transportation?  Which schools does Boys & Girls Clubs pick up from for each Club?

Nashville Metro Public Schools and Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee work together to provide transportation from many schools. For a list, please visit your Club’s page under locations.

Does Boys & Girls Clubs offer scholarships or sibling discounts?

Yes, we do. Please contact your local Club for information about scholarship eligibility and discounts.

Do you have volunteer opportunities?

We do! We appreciate the help of volunteers and groups with administrative tasks, special events, and opportunities within the Clubs (tutoring, coaching, snack preparation, cleaning, etc.).
