Melissa Smith calls Chattanooga, Tennessee home, but she has been a part of the Boys & Girls Clubs Movement in east Tennessee and Nashville for the past five years. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in music and has an extensive background in musical theatre. She is most passionate about making family engagement a priority in her Clubhouse. Connecting with families and creating a strong network of support for them is what she loves most about her job.
