Club Fresh

In response to COVID-19, this past October, BGCMT launched a new food distribution initiative, Club Fresh. This creative partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank offers free food box distribution at our Clubhouses in Davidson and Williamson Counties. Every other week, community members pick up food boxes at these locations, regardless of income levels or whether they have a child enrolled in Boys & Girls Clubs.

“Instantly, we saw a huge response,” said Eric Higgs, Chief Executive Officer and President of BGCMT. “Families were grateful to have access to fresh foods, often within walking distance of their homes, during such a difficult time in our community.”

Club Fresh is now available in Davidson and Williamson Counties thanks to the generosity of a private donor.

Davidson County:

The first Wednesday of each month starting 3/3/21

Andrew Jackson Clubhouse (916 16th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37208)

Cleveland Park Clubhouse (610 Vernon Winfrey Ave, Nashville, TN 37207)

Williamson County:

The first Tuesday of the month starting 3/2/21

Fairview Clubhouse (1814 Fairview Boulevard, Fairview, TN 37062)

Franklin Clubhouse (129 Fowlkes Street Suite 1000, Franklin, TN 37064)

Following the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health officials, BGCMT is conducting regular deep cleanings and closely monitoring the health of all who enter their buildings. Participants are required to wear a face mask and comply with a health screening before entering the building.
