Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee provide a solution for summer learning loss, the loss of academic skills and knowledge over the course of summer holidays. Our program is designed to ensure youth in rising grades 1st-12th maintain and gain skills during the summer months, as well as have FUN!
Locations: Andrew Jackson Club (North Nashville), Fairview Club (Williamson County), and Franklin Club (Williamson County)
Program Duration: Tuesday, May 26 – Friday, July 24, 2020 (Andrew Jackson) Tuesday, May 26 – Friday, July 31, 2020 (Fairview & Franklin)
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 6:00 pm. We recommend your child arrive by 8:30 am to receive the full benefit of the enrichment elements of the program.
Daily Schedule (Times may be adjusted based on Club needs):
Academic Enrichment: 9:30 – 11:30am
Morning Snack: 8 – 8:30 am Lunch: 11:30 – 12:30 pm
Health and Life Skills Activities: 12:30 – 4 pm
Afternoon Snack: 4 – 4:30 pm
Enhancement Activities: 4:30 – 6 pm
Club Safety: In order to maintain safe social distancing and other recommended guidelines by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), we will be limiting the number of youth in our camps, checking temperatures at the door, providing gloves and masks, and sanitizing Clubs after every activity.
Parent Meetings: Throughout the summer, you will be invited to attend parent meetings. Your Club Director will provide the dates. During these meetings, we will review your parent handbook and address any questions you may have. Please put these dates on your calendar and plan to join us!
Club Calendar: At Parent Meetings, you will receive a summer calendar. On it, you will find our special events, updates, and reminders. The calendar will also be posted at the front desk.
Affinity Groups: Boys & Girls Clubs believes in providing youth a safe place where they have a deep sense of belonging. Based on their age at enrollment, your child will be assigned to an affinity group (Note: if your child has a birthday in the summer, they will remain in their original group.).
Dreamers: Ages 5–6
Believers: Ages 7–8
Achievers: Ages 9–10
Contenders: Ages 11–12
Leaders: Ages 13–18

Grades Rising 1st-8th=Weekly fee of $50
Grades Rising 9th-12th=One time fee of $150
Enrollment opens for essential workers on May 11th and to the public on May 18th. First come, first serve.
Scholarships: Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee provides scholarships based on evidence of need and scholarship availability. A Need–Based Rate Scale is utilized to determine rate of pay. No child is denied service due to their inability to pay. Families participating in Families First or AFDC are encouraged to enroll their children. Donations from corporations, foundations, and joyful givers allow us to provide scholarship support to our Club members. Contact us for details.
